I knew if I wanted to change, I had to face the uncomfortable and vulnerable answers. One exercise in particular asked me, \"What is one thing you need to let go of in order to create that new thing?\" As I answered this, a ball of stagnant emotion released. I cried, realizing that I was the one who could determine what stayed in my life, and what I could release. And, that I wanted to create new things in my life. I need to create. And, not doing this had contributed to me feeling stuck.<\/p><p>When I shared my new insights with Maria, she congratulated me over and over again. This helped me feel so validated. I was making progress. I am capable of changing my life. And because Maria valued my personal work, I felt willing to keep trying and pushing myself through the uncomfortableness of growth.<\/p><p>I feel that if I hadn't gone through the Health Coach program, I would still be in the place I was, on the brink of breaking. But, with the principles of this program, and Maria's unfailing support and guidance, I am in a healthier place, a place of momentum and continuing upward change. I would definitely suggest this program, and working alongside Maria to anyone and everyone.
