I cried, realizing that I was the one who could determine what stayed in my life, and what I could release. And, that I wanted to create new things in my life. I need to create. And, not doing this had contributed to me feeling stuck.<\/p><p>When I shared my new insights with Maria, she congratulated me over and over again. This helped me feel so validated. I was making progress. I am capable of changing my life.
